Items purchased in store or ordered online within 14 days are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Must have receipt or gift receipt at the time of return.

Merchandise must be in original condition with tags still attached. Items that smell of smoke or perfume will not be accepted.

Items purchased at a discount of 20% or more off the original price are final sale. Seasonal items, food items, & monograms and door busters are also final sale.

If you are returning an online order, please contact us via email for return instructions. Email ultravioletbtq@gmail.com and include name, order number,  item(s) you wish to return and reason for return. 

If you find that your order arrives damaged, please contact us by phone or email and we will be glad to help.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a package leaves our store with the carrier, you will be sent tracking information. If your package is stuck in transit or appears lost, you will need to contact the carrier directly. (USPS or UPS)

*Please read washing instructions on all boutique clothing. We are not responsible for any damages that occur when items are laundered against instructions. We hold the right to refuse any returns that do not align with the return policy or are mailed back without contacting via email.
