If you find that your item(s) don't work for you, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order #, and item that did not work for you and let us know you whether you would like to exchange your item or receive store credit within 14 days. (Please note, item MUST be post marked back to us within the 14 days as we hold the right to deny a return after this time. To receive store credit you will need to create an account with us. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and once the return is received, we will then ship your exchange or issue store credit. Any items discounted above 20% off the original price are final sale.
If you find that your order arrives to you damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt so this can be resolved.
